Shipping Policy

Every Maison Velour order is carefully checked, folded and packed by hand before it leaves our studio in Herndon, Virginia.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $650.
• Orders under $650 ship at a flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
• Standard delivery takes 7–10 business days after your order ships.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your order status from My Account.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time, contact us at Pulse@maisonvelourwear.com and we will make it right.
