We want you to love every piece you order. If something is not right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Socks and caps can only be returned if unopened, for hygiene reasons.

How to start a return

• Email us at Pulse@maisonvelourwear.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
• We will reply with your return instructions and address.
• Send your item(s) back within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Mention it in your email and we will send the new item as soon as your return is received, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and we will cover the cost of the replacement or refund.
