Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days after shipping.

What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. See our Returns Policy.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Of course. Email us with your order number and the size or color you need.

Products & Fit

How do your pieces fit?
Our t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts have a relaxed, premium oversize fit with dropped shoulders. For a closer fit, we recommend sizing down.

What are your fabrics?
Our oversize t-shirts are made from 240–260 GSM heavyweight cotton, our crewneck sweatshirts from 300–340 GSM fleece, and our heavy hoodies from 400–460 GSM 80/20 cotton-polyester fleece.

How should I care for my Maison Velour pieces?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach and do not iron directly on the logo.

What are the color sets?
Each color set brings together a t-shirt, hoodie, shorts, socks and cap in one coordinated color — priced 5% below the pieces bought separately.
